Geoff Graham of Guild Quality visits Bundoran Farm

A long time friend, Geoff Graham, the Founder and President of Guild Quality stopped by  Bundoran Farm to meet with the team and get an overview of the project.   Geoff came away not only impressed with beauty of the Bundoran Farm’s agarian landscape, but with the overall Preservation Development approach that with preserve the character and use of the land.

Geoff’s visit to the Charlottesville / Albemarle County area was a pitstop on his trip over to Homestead Preserve in Bath County. While over at the Homestead Preserve (www.homesteadpreserve.com), Geoff spoke with members the Homestead Preserve Guild on the importance of  getting feedback from your clients in order to make sure you are doing everything possible to make their homebuilding experience the best it can be.  During his talk he mentioned that while the “would recommend rate” for the homebuilding industry averages around 64%, at Bundoran Farm, the “would recommend rate” exceeds 91% and several builders have a 100% “would recommend rate”.   Given the quality of homebuilders at both Bundoran Farm and Homestead Preserve, we weren’t surprised these customer satisfaction ratings.
