First Steps

One of the amazing things about being out at Bundoran Farm is the ability to witness, first hand, some pretty cool things. It is now calving season on the farm. Everyday it things seems like there is a new addition to one of the herds. This morning while driving down Plank Road, I noticed a newly born calf lying next to its Mother. Approaching very carefully with my new Flip Camcorder in hand, I was able to capture the calf’s first steps.

After few tenative steps, a protective shielding by its mother, Bundoran Farm’s newest inhabitant was off to join the rest of the herd.
